One Thing Matters
It’s not your race, your age, your culture, your nationality, your economic condition, your family or your social position. It’s not how strong or weak you are right now.
It doesn’t matter if you’re broken in mind, busted in body or battered in spirit. It makes no difference if you’re on top of the world or if you have to look way up to see the bottom.
It’s not about denomination, style of worship, music choice or location. In the grand scheme it doesn’t matter if your church is young or old or big or small today.
Time Equalizes All
One day we’ll stand before God and we’ll each be asked to give Him our account:
“What did you do about my Son and His Message?”
“How about the Great Commandment and the Great Commission?”
The thing that matters is Jesus Christ and His redemptive message. We’re here by virtue of His grace and brothers because of our belief in Him and commitment to His calling. That’s the bond that unifies us and gives us Common Ground.
