Worship is a major part of the Summit experience. When guys sing, angels smile.
In the feedback from Summit 2007, hundreds of guys ranked the times of worship right at the top of their favorite aspects of the conference.
The community worship at Holy Ground on Friday night before the summit will be wonderful. However, there is just nothing quite like thousands of men praising God together. It's not something guys get to do often enough.
If you have never been part of of this kind of genuine outpouring of joyful worship, then you are in for a treat. If you have enjoyed this experience, you know what we mean. In either case, the worship and fellowship between speaker sessions at Common Ground will move your spirit!
Our worship team is back by popular demand from Summit 2007. The ComeUnity Band is made up of incredibly talented and committed musicians from churches throughout Central Oregon. They are rehearsing now and will be well prepared to lead us as we shake the building in song come September 13, 2008. For further info contact Michael Kuhlman.
Their mix of songs will be carefully selected to please a wide variety of ages, preferences and denominational backgrounds, and ranges from traditional hymns of universal appeal to some of the most popular contemporary Christian tunes.
Whether you sing well or can shatter glass with your melodic shortfalls, your voice raised with all of us makes a sweet sound to the Lord. He will be pleased and you will be immensely blessed. Let's make joyful guy-noise unto the Lord!
