By using the HDMS website(s) you signify your agreement to these terms of use. HDMS has the right to change or modify in any way the following Terms at our discretion.

This venue's forms require you to give us contact information (name and email address), sometimes, unique identifiers (This venue member password), and demographic information (address or age). Our purchase forms require financial information (credit card numbers).

How This Venue Uses Financial Information

Any financial information that is given to this venue will be used in the processing and delivery of tickets to you. Your information will be used to verify the transaction and receive the money directly from your credit card company. Any other information will be used by the shipping company, if applicable, to deliver the tickets to you. Some financial information may be used by us to identify the customer at the venue (e.g. your last four credit card numbers used to identify that you are the person who purchased the ticket). Under NO circumstances will this venue ever release any of your credit card information to a third party without your prior consent.

Security- In our registration and ticketing processing, e-commerce is a way of life. We have utilized all of the latest, state-of-the-art technological advances to ensure that your transaction is secure. It encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Legal Information Text on Tickets

This ticket is a revocable license. Holder is subject to inspection upon entrance to venue or money refunded. Any violation of law while attending this event may result in holder being removed from the premises without refund of any portion of the ticket price or charges. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury arising during its use whether prior to, during, or after the event and agrees that HDMS, the Deschutes County Expo Center, its management and affiliates of the event are not liable under any theory whatsoever. This ticket is non-transferable, except where specifically allowed above. Any prohibited transfer, attempted transfer, resale, counterfeit, or unauthorized copy is grounds for seizure from and/or cancellation without refund. Tickets obtained from an unauthorized source may be stolen, copied illegally, counterfeit or lost and if so, may be seized and cancelled without compensation. There are no refunds or exchanges. Event dates, times and locations are subject to change. Holder may not solicit contributions or distribute literature on the premises. Every person regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. Holder may not bring any beverages or food, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, containers, irritants (e.g. noise makers), videotape cameras, cups or strobe lights onto the premises.
