Registration and Ticket Purchasing Policies
The High Desert Men’s Summit Association (HDMS) strive to make your ticket purchasing experience as easy and convenient as possible. Please take a moment to review our purchasing policies so that you understand how our online buying process works and how we are striving to make this the easiest and most convenient way to purchase your registration and tickets.
Methods of Payment
HDMS accepts several methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, and checks through our mail in processing. As other methods of payment become available we will continually update this policy.
Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events
This venue will issue refunds ONLY if an event is cancelled in its entirety. Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the performance impossible to complete. Every effort will be made to ensure that refunds are made to the consumer. However, the High Desert Men’s Summit Association will make the final determination of refund availability and/or duration.
Pricing and Availability
On the day an event goes on sale and throughout the duration an event is posted on this website, our ticketing software will have available the best possible seat location at that time as determined by HDMS. HDMS does not determine which seats are better than others. By utilizing the Internet, all distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events with a high demand may sell quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event or added to an event as it is selling; however, HDMS reserves the right to control this inventory and its availability.
Processing Charges
A Processing fee (service charge) is assessed for each ticket purchased for the concert for the convenience of purchasing tickets. HDMS, having an Internet-based ticketing system, has priced the processing fees per ticket to be as low as possible so that the consumer does not pay more than is absolutely necessary.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review your seat location, event and performance date. Our policies prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. Our system, being a print at home, Internet-based ticketing system does allow the consumer to reprint tickets or receipts in place of tickets for THE CONSUMER'S USE ONLY. The unique two-dimensional bar code printed on all tickets and receipts will allow access to ONLY ONE ticket, the first ticket, to enter the event. The user agrees not to sell, reproduce for sale, alter, or counterfeit the ticket for any reason, and assumes all financial liability for the copying of his/her unique, bar-coded ticket.
High Desert Men’s Summit Transfer Policy
HDMS allows for the transfer of purchased registrations only for the High Desert Men’s Summit Conference. It is the intent of HDMS to have the maximum attendance for the Summit, therefore gifting or donating Summit registrations is encouraged, and if a purchaser is unable to attend he may transfer his registration to someone who can. Because registration for the workshops is a separate process, HDMS asks that the transfer be made if at all possible prior to the actual workshop registration. If that is not possible, contacting HDMS by emailing to registration@hdmsummit.org at least 1 week prior to the event is required.
Delivery of HDMS Registration
Registrations for the Summit will be confirmed by an email receipt for purchase, and by a separate email confirming workshop selections. The workshop selection email is the entry mechanism for the individual attendee. If that email is accidentally lost, email registration@hdmsummit.org with specific information to have replaced.
Delivery of Concert Tickets
If you have purchased concert tickets through the mail, please allow at least 14 days after your order is mailed to receive your tickets. Occasionally, HDMS receives incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket purchase that can delay processing and delivery.
