Welcome to High Desert Men’s Summit 2008-2009
A Rally Point for Christian Men
Long ago and far away when I was an Army Ranger I learned a lot about Rally Points. A typical Ranger mission involves a team of 12 guys, inserted behind enemy lines and tasked to rescue captives from a POW camp. Although part of a team, each guy has his own unique and critical job to do so the mission will succeed against a fierce and powerful opponent.
| After an enemy engagement there is tremendous chaos and confusion...relief and adrenaline...often injury, fear, disorientation. But no man is left behind. And there’s a pre-established Rally Point.
It’s the place you find your buddies. Where everybody links back up again. It’s a place that you can count on. It’s where you get re-equipped, restored, re-armed, repaired, re-charged — and then go boldly out to re-engage.
The High Desert Men’s Summit is a Rally Point for Christian Warriors. We’re all on His team, but each man has a unique and critical job to do - and it often seems we're all alone out there behind enemy lines.
The Summit is a place you can come to link back up. To find your buddies. To be restored, refreshed, repaired, re-armed, re-energized—so you can re-engage.
Count on it. Come join us and be encouraged. Bring your friends. Bring your father. Bring your sons.
Let no man be left behind.
In His Name,
Michael Sipe, Chairman
