Jim Carmichael has spent 27 years as the lead pastor of 3 different churches in Oregon and California…the past 15 years at Foothill Community Church in Roseville, California. He recently retired from pastoring and moved to Bend, to be closer to his family. He’s been married to Carol for over 40 years. They have three children and two grandchildren. He loves snow skiing, water skiing and fly-fishing.
He comes with a passion to see churches work together.

Unity is what Jesus prayed for in John 17. Cross-pollination is necessary for fruitful life at all levels, physical and spiritual. The promise of God is “where two or three come together” and by our love for each other… people will believe in Jesus. My passion is to help pastors pastor the city together. There’s only one King and one kingdom… many parts but one body.
